Pascal's Principle (the principle of transmission of fluid-pressure) is the principle in fluid mechanics that states a change in pressure at any point in an enclosed fluid at rest is transmitted undiminished to all points in the fluid. This hydraulic compressor of Cafflano® Kompresso is designed to retain high-pressure over 9 bar until espresso is fully extracted. In addition, the dual-mode pressure (pressing and pulling handles) maximizes the weight-force.

Materials
All materials are food-grade and BPA free. The body is made of polypropylene and acrylic, the chamber is made of silicon, and there is a stainless steel and polypropylene filter. The whole brewer is foldable. A travel case is included.

How to use it?
1. Unscrew and remove the airlock and the micro filter.
2. Put medium/coarsely ground coffee inside. Use 10 - 30 grams, depending on your preferences.
3. Add 125 - 250 ml of hot water, according to your preferences.
4. Screw the micro filter on and infuse for 1 - 3 minutes.
5. Turn Cafflano upside down and put in on a cup.
6. Press it slowly single time. You can also press it multiple times.
The brew is ready!
